1. How shipping works
Niryatify (operated by CLINIVISTA TECH LLP) is a platform for booking international parcels that are carried by India Post. When you book through Niryatify, we prepare your customs documentation, allocate an article (tracking) number, and submit your shipment to India Post. You then hand the parcel to the designated India Post office (or arrange the agreed drop-off/pickup), and India Post carries it to the destination country and delivers it.
2. Service coverage
We support international shipments to destinations served by India Post's international services, including International Air Parcel and Speed Post (EMS)/tracked packet services, subject to the destination country being open for the chosen service. The available services and destinations may change based on India Post's network.
3. Delivery timelines
Delivery times for international parcels depend on the destination country, the service selected, customs processing, and India Post and its partner operators' handling. As a general guide, international air services typically take 7–21 business days, and can be longer for remote destinations or during peak periods. These timelines are estimates provided by India Post and are not guaranteed by Niryatify. Customs inspection at the destination can add time outside anyone's control.
4. Dispatch and hand-over
A booking is not in transit until the parcel has been physically handed to India Post and accepted into the postal network. Please hand over your parcel promptly after booking, packaged adequately for international transit, with the Niryatify-generated label and customs documents attached as instructed.
5. Tracking your shipment
Every booking receives an India Post article (tracking) number. You can track the status of your shipment within your Niryatify account, and also on the India Post tracking service using the same number. Status updates are sourced from India Post and reflect the events they record as your parcel moves through the network.
6. Customs clearance
International parcels pass through customs in the destination country. Clearance depends on an accurate customs declaration (contents, HS codes and declared value), which you provide at booking. Duties or taxes levied by the destination country are generally the responsibility of the sender or receiver and are not collected by Niryatify unless expressly stated.
7. Failed delivery, returns and undeliverable items
If a parcel cannot be delivered — for example, an incorrect address, refusal by the receiver, unpaid customs charges, or prohibited contents — it may be returned to origin or dealt with under India Post's rules. Return timelines and any charges are governed by India Post. We will help you follow up such cases; please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how charges and refunds are handled.
8. Prohibited items
Some goods cannot be shipped internationally by post. You are responsible for ensuring your contents are permitted for export from India and import into the destination country. Prohibited or restricted items may be seized, returned or destroyed by the authorities. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
