How pricing works
The price of each shipment is calculated from India Post's tariff for the service you choose. There is no subscription or sign-up fee to use Niryatify — you pay per shipment, and the amount depends on the following factors:
- Service — for example International Air Parcel, Speed Post (EMS)/tracked packet, or registered services.
- Weight and dimensions — the chargeable weight of your parcel (India Post uses the greater of actual and volumetric weight).
- Destination country — tariffs vary by destination.
- Value-added services — such as insurance for the declared value, where selected.
- Applicable taxes — GST and any other statutory charges.
See your price before you pay
When you create a booking, Niryatify calculates the exact tariff for your shipment and shows you the full breakdown — base tariff, any value-added services, and taxes — before you confirm and pay. There are no hidden charges added after you place the order.
Payment options
You can pay for each shipment securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and other supported methods), or pre-fund your Niryatify wallet and have each booking debited from it for faster checkout. All amounts are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
Customs duties and taxes at the destination
The price you pay to Niryatify covers the India Post shipping tariff and applicable Indian taxes. Any customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country are separate and are generally the responsibility of the sender or receiver, unless expressly stated. Please factor these in when shipping goods internationally.
Refunds
If a booking fails at India Post after payment, the amount for that booking is refunded in full. Cancellations before hand-over may be refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details and timelines.
