- Shipment information — sender and receiver names, addresses, phone numbers, item descriptions, HS codes, weights, dimensions and declared values that you enter to book a parcel.
- Payment information — transaction details processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers; these are handled by Razorpay under its own security standards.
- Usage and device information — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and activity logs, used to operate and secure the platform.

- create and manage your account;
- book your shipments with India Post, generate customs documentation, and provide tracking;
- process payments and wallet transactions, and issue refunds where applicable;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- comply with legal, tax, customs and postal obligations, and prevent fraud and misuse;
- improve and secure the platform.
4. Sharing your information
We share personal information only as needed to provide the service, namely with:
- India Post — sender/receiver and shipment details are shared to book, carry, clear customs for and deliver your parcel. This is essential to the service.
- Razorpay — to process payments and refunds securely.
- Service providers — hosting and infrastructure partners that help us run the platform, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities — where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cross-border transfers
Because international shipping is inherently cross-border, receiver details and customs information are necessarily transmitted to postal and customs authorities in the destination country to enable delivery. By booking an international shipment, you acknowledge this transfer is required to fulfil your order.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, and thereafter for as long as required to meet legal, tax, customs and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and secure handling of payment data through Razorpay. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to address any issues promptly.
